I finally got the gym to work with my schedule and plan group training on MWF night. I am going to capture the workouts so that I can revisit them later should I need to.
Tri Sets, one minute each exercise, 30 second rest between exercise, 1 minute rest between sets.
First Set- (1)push ups on bosu, step ups, tornado crunches (2) push ups on bosu, step ups holding weight, tornado crunches with heavier weight (3) push ups on bosu, step ups with press, tornado crunches.
Second Set- (1) trx or bar row, reverse lunges, full body crunches (2) row, reverse lunges with weight, full body crunches with medicine ball (3) row, reverse lunges with heavier weight, full body crunches with medicine ball.
Finish, 1 minute of rope work.
Doesn’t seem like a lot, but it sure does kick my butt!
